Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: May 31, 2026. These instructions apply to Video Loom.
Video Loom users can request deletion of their account data, Google sign-in data stored by Video Loom, projects, uploaded media, generated media, comments, collaboration records, and related usage records.
How to request deletion
- Email cras.brianvanthul@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Video Loom account.
- Use the subject line "Video Loom data deletion request".
- Include the email address used to sign in and any project names you want removed.
What is deleted
After verifying the request, Video Loom deletes or de-identifies the account, projects, uploaded files, generated files, comments, collaboration records, and related application records associated with the account, except where retention is required for security, legal compliance, billing, fraud prevention, backup integrity, or dispute resolution.
Timing
Video Loom will acknowledge deletion requests and complete eligible deletion as soon as reasonably practical. Some copies may remain temporarily in backups or provider logs until normal retention periods expire.
