AI providers and generated output
Video Loom may send prompts, uploaded files, reference images, audio, source video, and generated context to configured third-party AI providers to complete requested operations. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other content, or unsuitable for a particular use. Provider availability, model behavior, pricing, and terms may change.
Payments and credits

- Payments and subscriptions may be processed by Stripe.
- Credits may be consumed when AI work is performed. Failed generations may release reserved credits when failure handling is available.
